Excited for the Overwatch World Cup? Ready to watch your favorite heroes battle it out across the world in a weekslong battle for ultimate supremacy? Well, so are we! That’s why we’ve teamed up with Overwatch on a custom Esports Hub, new mods, and 21 rewards redeemable only through Opera GX.

So let’s dig into it. First, with the World Cup kicking off today, you’ll probably want to know how your favorite teams and players are doing. We’ve got you covered with a custom new Esports Hub, from which you can check match schedules, follow teams, and even watch highlights. It’s basically your one-stop shop for all the action, so whether the drama is coming from Busan or Anaheim, the latest updates are right there in Opera GX.

And if the Hub isn’t enough Overwatch inside your browser, say no more. You can deck out Opera GX with all things Overwatch – including favorite characters and team colors – thanks to custom mods in honor of the game’s biggest annual event. 

And finally, the goodies. From August 19th to October 1st, you can claim a reward a day through GX Rewards: skins, avatars, calling cards, sprays, you name it. All you have to do is connect your Battle.net account within GX Rewards (you know, the little gift icon in your sidebar) and start claiming. If you start at the beginning and claim each reward, that’s 21 custom rewards that you’ll find nowhere else. There’s also an exclusive loot box in it for you if you set Opera GX as your default browser.
