Meet the Opera bloggers: Rosi from Germany
We are always looking at ways to share our web expertise with more of you. So, we recently launched a blog for our German fans. Hooray!
At the same time, we added a new addition to our team of Opera bloggers. Meet Rosi. She’s from Germany, loves sneakers with bold designs and sings in a Gospel choir in her free time. Welcome her and make sure to say “hi” on Twitter or in the comments below!
What is your superpower at Opera?
I just joined the team, so I am still in the process of developing my Opera super powers. I know several languages so I can help out with our fans on our global and German social-media channels. Also, I really enjoy communicating with our users. I believe that there is more to a brand than its products.
Tell us something about you that people don’t know.
My parents are from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, but my sisters and I were born and raised in Germany. In school, I participated in a bilingual study program and did my bilingual A-Levels. After that, I lived in Dallas, Texas, with a wonderful host family.
My secret passion is *drumroll* numbers! Besides marketing, my focus in my study program is finance.
When you are not at work, where can we find you?
Either at home with a nice book and some tea or exploring the newest hotspots of the city. You might also find me in a park learning a new language on Duolingo or in one of Oslo’s sneaker stores looking for a new pair of shoes to join my collection. 🙂
