We are happy to announce new beta release, the latest version of the Opera browser – 104.

Let’s take a look at some of the key updates and improvements in the beta release:

• Updated Chromium Version: Opera 104 beta incorporates the latest Chromium version (118.0.5993.11), ensuring compatibility with the latest web technologies and improved performance.

• Dark Mode Enhancements: Tabs and bookmarks now have improved highlighting in dark mode, ensuring a visually appealing and comfortable browsing experience.

• Refreshed ‘Add to Opera’ Dialog: The ‘Add to Opera’ dialog in Speed Dials has been refreshed.

There are also some issues that we are still working on:

• visual issues with side panel history display,
• missing extensions icon.
