The feature is available for all videos on, for example, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter and can be enabled with a single click of the magical floating button! It’s also available for images and can be activated in the Easy Setup. Don’t let the hassle and stress of poor quality get in the way of your viewing experience.

*Lucid Mode is a CSS sharpening filter applied to video and / or image elements on webpages. On most systems the filters are GPU accelerated.
You can turn on Lucid Mode in the usual places: Easy Setup and opera://settings. You will be also able to change this setting in-context while watching a video. For that purpose we introduced a button next to the video pop-out button which serves to change the global Lucid Mode for Videos setting.
Changing the setting should apply / un-apply the settings immediately on all open pages, so that it is easy to compare having it on or off.
