Key highlights:
- Installer fixed: Opera now installs correctly for both current user and all users. No more installation issues from the previous release.
- Updated to Chromium 137.0.7151.27: for improved performance and security.
- Linux ARM support: Opera now runs on more Linux devices.
- Split-screen fixes: fewer crashes, better behavior with tab islands and search.
- Password popup crash fixed: no more issues when opening password bubbles.
- UI improvements: address bar icon hover style updated, better tab tooltips.
