Opera 116.0.5356.0 developer update

The latest Opera Developer update (116.0.5356.0) is here to improve stability, usability, and design. Here are the highlights:
- Core Updates: Chromium has been updated to version 131.0.6753.0, ensuring compatibility and performance improvements.
- Crash Fixes: Several crashes have been resolved, including those related to closing dialogs and detachable miniplayer.
- UI Improvements: Gaps between the address bar, Ask Aria, and extensions have been reduced for a sleeker interface. Additionally, the toolbar background in videoconferencing is now properly rounded.
- Windows & Mac Fixes: Adjustments include correcting O-menu misalignment under fractional DPI and enabling Picture-in-Picture functionality even when graphics acceleration is off. Feedback popup issues on Mac have also been addressed.
- Platform-Specific Tweaks: Linux users can now interact with the address bar without any issues, while Mac users see improvements in split-screen tab visuals.
- Other Fixes: Issues with sidebars, carousels, and Easy Setup dialogs have also been resolved for smoother navigation and functionality.
