This is a new Opera 63 beta release. The most important fixes are the removal of the double “New window” button when right-clicking on the Launcher bar, and resolving the private window start page showing after the “do not show again” setting.

Known issues:

The magnifying glass icon doesn’t match the search box boundaries in settings and extensions.
