This is a new Opera 61 developer build:

• based on 74.0.3729.28 chromium version
• with ‘Privacy and security’ section available again (Linux)
• containing a fix for crashes from the Easy Setup panel (macOS)
• introducing tooltips in dark theme (Linux)
