What’s in store for Opera at Mobile World Congress?
As the biggest event in the world’s mobile technology calendar kicks off next week in Barcelona, Opera Software will be out in force showcasing our browsers and web products. We have something for internet users and mobile service providers all over the world.
Check out the latest from Opera Software at Mobile World Congress:
Opera browsers and other apps
We will preview new user experiences for a more native look and feel on Opera Mini for Android and Opera Mini for Windows Phone, plus a new design and highly requested features like a Wi-Fi timeline and Wi-Fi savings on the Opera Max data-savings app. The latest sneak peek of the Opera Coast browser now sports video compression, for smoother viewing with less of the dreaded buffering wheel. We will also preview the ability to sync bookmarks across devices.
Opera products and services for operators
In our offerings that help operators, OEMs and advertisers create engaging experiences, we’ll spotlight Opera Max with App Pass, Sponsored Web Pass, Opera Subscription Mobile Store and much more. Opera will also showcase our web products for Smart TV devices during MWC and kick off celebrations for our 20th anniversary.
Come visit Opera Software at Mobile World Congress to see it all in action! We’ll also be talking about our efforts to connect the unconnected: helping emerging markets engage with the internet and for new consumers to come online, some for the first time. Opera will be at our usual spot in Hall 5, Stand 5C21. Schedule an appointment with our team or drop in anytime for a look! Whether or not you’re in Barcelona, you can follow Mobile World Congress with Opera right here on the blog, where we’ll share demos, interviews with product managers and more.
