Opera 136.0.6001.0 developer update

We’ve rolled out a new Opera Developer release, version: 136.0.6001.0
Key highlights:
- Round of crash fixes across vertical tabs drag, the permission prompt bubble, and Picture-in-Picture on macOS
- Fixed address bar search-engine shortcuts (keywords) no longer triggering for non-default search engines
- Added support for changing the volume booster with the mouse scroll wheel
- Refreshed branding across the browser: changed the font
- Fixed Force dark mode on pages resetting after changing theme or mode
