The latest Opera update marks the beginning of the new version 116, bringing a host of fixes that enhance user experience, stability, and customization options.

Here are the key highlights:

• Chromium Update: Opera 116 now runs on Chromium version 130.0.6710.0, ensuring better security and performance.
• User Interface Enhancements: Issues like the vertically misaligned menu button and inactive checkboxes in the sidebar setup have been resolved.
• Themes: Users will also notice improved theme handling across platforms, including fixing theme updates on MacOS.
• Crash Fixes: Multiple crash fixes, including those related to split-screen, tab pinning, and tab bar scrolling.
• Other Fixes: Various other enhancements that include fixing the wide scrollbar issue on YouTube, correcting the user theme name display, and addressing disappearing VPN icons.
