Opera Mini’s AFCON Challenge: Predict, Participate, Win

AFCON 2025 is all about opinions, predictions and those moments when you’re convinced you know exactly how the tournament will unfold. This year, Opera Mini is turning that passion into something even more exciting with a weekly AFCON Challenge that rewards fans for taking part.

Every week during AFCON, a new challenge question will be released, giving fans the chance to share their predictions, show their football knowledge and join the conversation around the tournament. Each giveaway runs for five days, with winners announced before the next challenge goes live. All winners will be revealed before the end of AFCON.

How to Join the Weekly Challenge

Taking part is simple and designed to keep the focus on creativity and community. To enter, participants comment on the giveaway post with their predicted answer and add a creative element to their response. They also tag two friends and reshare the post on their story while tagging the Opera Mini page. Once that’s done, they’re in the draw.

Winners are selected randomly and not based on whether the prediction is correct, which will be clearly communicated in the giveaway instructions. Each week, five winners will be selected, with prizes increasing as the tournament progresses. All rewards will be paid out via MiniPay.

The browser’s built-in football experience helps fans stay up to date with live scores, upcoming fixtures, team insights, match stats and live commentary, including text and audio. With everything in one place, it’s easy to keep track of the tournament and feel confident when making your predictions.

AFCON 2025 is full of big moments, surprises and debates. With Opera Mini’s weekly AFCON Challenge, fans can be part of the excitement, week after week — and win along the way.
