We’ve rolled out a new Opera developer release, version: 136.0.5981.0.

Key highlights:

• Fixed session being lost on browser restart
• Fixed new tabs in opening at the start of the tab strip instead of after the current tab (Vertical Tabs)
• Added an animation when creating a new tab (Vertical Tabs)
• Fixed missing tooltips for tabs in collapsed favicon state in split screen
• Fixed dropping a tab on the top or bottom drop area splitting vertically instead of horizontally
• Fixed split screen position changing after switching between vertical and horizontal tabs
• Fixed a crash when using split screen with vertical tabs
• Added a smoother appearance animation for the update notification popup after “Remind me tomorrow”
