new developer update is here, now starting version 131!

What’s new and fixed:

• YouTube notifications fixed: A key highlight of this release is the fix for broken desktop push notifications on YouTube.
• Stability improvements: Multiple critical crashes (including WebRTC, tabs, and UI components) have been resolved.
• UI fixes: Important usability tweaks, including better visibility in dark mode and cleaner, more consistent menus.
• opera://settings: Settings page has been refreshed with an updated look, alongside other usability tweaks like improved dark mode visibility and cleaner menus.
