Opera 129.0.5823.28 Stable update

A new Opera stable update is now live, version: 129.0.5823.28.
This time it’s a small release focused on stability. We’ve fixed a crash that was showing up quite frequently:
- DNA-124731 Crash at
base::(anonymous namespace)::EarlyFeatureAccessTracker::Fail
This fix should have a noticeable impact on overall stability for some users.
