Opera 54.0.2952.38 Windows only beta update

Hi,
This is a quick fix for Windows users to avoid installations problems. We’ve discovered some issues with profile folders after the last beta update and, with this build, we repaired them.
It will also fix a crash when dragging bookmarks into a folder.
Please find all changes in the changelog.
