Opera beta 33 initial release is here

Hi everyone,

Today we are happy to present you our brand new Opera 33 beta. This release contains several improvements:

The Opera window looks nicer with its partially transparent frame (which is enabled by the flag #vibrancy-in-window-frame):

Here is a list of some other flags which were enabled:

#proprietary-codecs-support-for-web-audio-api – with this flag we could easily load mp3 /mp4 codecs to javascript web audio.
#linux-libnotify-toasts – these notifications are used to inform the user about an event or display some form of information without getting in the user’s way.

From now on, we are going to focus on stabilization and bug fixing.
